Together they bring 25 years of experience in sales to the table. They were born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and moved to Indianapolis in 2011 for a military assignment. Currently, they reside in Fishers. They are more than ready to pair their knowledge of the housing markets and school districts throughout central Indiana with patience, persistence, and realistic views to negotiate the perfect deal for you.

In addition to being a licensed agent, Rachael is also a real estate Transaction Coordinator with C.A.S.T. Transaction Services. Along with her team, Rachael handles transactions for several agents throughout Indiana. She is in charge of seeing each transaction through from start to finish by establishing deadlines; maintaining communication with all parties; reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance; scheduling vendor activities; and so much more.

Outside of work, Rachael and Derek enjoy spending time with their two beautiful children, family, and friends. They love cheering on their favorite teams, to be outdoors, and at the lakes during the summer.
