Pau was born in Burma and migrated to the United States with his family in 1997. Initially, they moved to Bloomington, Indiana but relocated to Ohio, allowing Pau’s father to follow his passion for ministry; however, after learning of the ever-growing Burmese population in Fort Wayne, Indiana, they moved to the city in 2001 and opened a Burmese church. Even as they settled themselves, Pau and his family assisted other Burmese families with their needs.
Having earned his degree in music and ministry, he has an innate ability to help others and soon became an interpreter for the Burmese population for East Allen County Schools. Continuing with his desire to help others as he has done his entire life, he began to delve into real estate. In 2013, Pau became a licensed real estate agent, putting all his energy into assisting his fellow Burmese families. Quite simply, they needed an agent they could trust and understand. Pau recalls it being an exciting moment to witness as families progressed from apartments to homes.
In 2020, and after taking some time to reconnect, reevaluate, and restructure his goals, Pau decided to join top agent Vonlaree Cheammon with The Cheviron Group at eXp Realty. Pau truly found his home with this team—they strive to optimize each client’s experience through their combined knowledge, professionalism, and continued education.
Outside of work, Pau enjoys singing with his praise and worship group at church. He loves cooking, reading, and listening to inspirational podcasts. Most of all, he enjoys all the snuggles and kisses from his sweet dog, Delilah
