Erin is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Transaction Coordinator with The Cheviron Group at eXp Realty.  In October 2020, she was recruited by The Cheviron Group for the position of Transaction Coordinator to work with our agents to ensure each transaction goes smoothly from start to finish.  To make sure that happens, Erin maintains constant, consistent communication with her agents and their clients, as well as title officers and lenders. She manages everything from all the paperwork to the databases and is a stickler for meeting the deadlines for appraisals, inspections, and more.  

Less than a year from when she joined The Cheviron Group, and with the help of Austin and Nate Cheviron, Erin created C.A.S.T. Transaction Services.  Her Client and Agent Support Team is a full-service listing and transaction coordinator company where each of our C.A.S.T. members play a significant role in the production of the real estate transaction.  Since the start of this company in July 2021, C.A.S.T. has handled over 800 transactions and represents agents in multiple states. 

Originally from North Manchester, Erin moved to Fort Wayne in 2009.  She has a degree in Event Planning and spent over 7 years working for Aerotek in compliance and corporate events.  Outside of the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her three beautiful daughters and husband.  Her adventurous spirit loves being outdoors, hiking and kayaking, and taking trips to anywhere the sun shines.
