As eXp University’s Top Instructor for 2021, Austin Cheviron delivers over three decades of experience and success in the real estate industry. Austin is the Co-Founder and Lead Trainer for The Cheviron Group, Cheviron Coaching, and C.A.S.T. Transaction Services, a team of businesses on a mission to show Realtors how to live a better life. 

As a passionate advocate for growth and learning, Austin is now dedicated to coaching and training other agents on the very tools he used to process over 1,000 transactions over the last decade, almost entirely through referral. Through his signature course, Agent Success Program (ASP), hundreds of agents have learned how to build a team, organize their business, increase their commissions and leads while building the healthy habits needed for lifelong success and health. 

Outside work, Austin spends time fishing and traveling with his beautiful wife, Lynsee, and his two wonderful children Breese and Finn.
